All New Spring Menus at Purple
Spring is here and Purple is honoring the season with many fresh ingredients and new menu items. Each location will be updating their menus in the next few weeks. Some new menu items in our Seattle location include:
Oven Roasted Asparagus ~ crisp pancetta, truffle aioli and sea salt
Roasted Fennel Ravioli ~ heirloom tomato salad, pecorino sardo and ligurian olive oil
Pan Roasted Halibut ~ chickpea socca, arugula salad and sweet pea puree
Grilled Duck Breast ~ fireweed honey glaze, artichokes, french green beans and toasted almonds
From our tasting bar menu (small plates)!
Confit Artichokes ~ nicoise style olives and sicilian olive oil
Crisp Pork Belly ~ rhubarb mustard and arugula
